  • You must return all bottles from your order (both opened and unopened)

  • You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your return

How to Request a Refund

  2. Receive RA Number: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 business hours
  3. Package Your Return: Securely package all bottles from your order (opened and unopened) and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  5. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days

Refund Amount

Your refund will include the full purchase price of the product. Please note:

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made from unauthorized third-party sellers or retail stores
  • Orders placed more than 60 days ago
  • Returns without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number

  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Damaged or Defective Products

We will replace the product at no cost to you or issue a full refund including shipping costs. In these cases, you do not need to return the damaged product unless specifically requested.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund including shipping costs. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Subscription Orders

RespiFlo is sold as a one-time purchase only. We do not offer subscription services or automatic recurring billing. Each purchase is a separate transaction with no ongoing commitment.

International Returns
